I contacted Tony 4 years ago when I was having some major problems with my water. He installed a system at that time and with the regular maintenance it has been wonderful. Unfortunately I lost pressure and water, so I called Tony and he came out to install a cistern yesterday. I have to say that he is always fair in the price although I am never happy to pay it...but never disappointed in the service or quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Specialty Water designed a custom built water system for my home in 1992. Since that I have her had it serviced once and it's worked perfectly ever since. In 2003 I was having a lot of problems with my in ground swimming pool especially the earth filter. I contacted Tony at specialty water he said we could design something for my in ground pool. He designed a filter system that is all totally automatic. I do not need to manually back flushing. The water is much clearer than it was with the earth filter. Also he designed a ozone purification system to cut costs on chemicals and kill bacteria much faster than chlorine. So now I have much more time to swim pay less for chemicals like 90% less. Only thing I do is put a three and chlorine tablet in the skimmer or the floaty about once a week. I have perfectly clean bacteria free water. Not to mention the service is impeccable never waited longer than 24 hours for him to answer any of my questions.

Me and my wife have owned the restaurant for over 20 years. When we first bought the building the water had a horrible sulfer smell in the water. Tony stopped in and showed us how to solve the problem with a specialty water system designed just for our situation. We had priced other water systems and Tony was affordable and the service is remarkable.

Tony and his team at Specialty Water replaced our businessâ??s old gas hot water tank; with a new Rheem Tankless Water Heater. It saved us money from day one, with a very noticeable savings on our gas bill. It will pay for itself in no time.

We just had Specialty Water install a new filtration system for our well. Shortly after moving into our new home, we knew we had to do something with our water due to the high iron content and hardness level. We conducted a lot of research on water treatment options online but were never quite sure what kind of results we might actually receive. Joe called and spoke with Tony at length on a Saturday evening and arranged an appointment the following Monday to come to our home. Tony took the time to review our current system, test the water and provide detailed explanations of our options including why the old system was not working properly. The very next evening, they came back and within two hours, removed the old system, installed the new system and we had fresh, clean, iron-free soft water flowing throughout our house. One week later, we had a small leak in the original plumbing and they fixed it without issue in a matter of minutes. We would HIGHLY recommend Specialty Water to anyone in the future for their great product, and more importantly their superior personalized service! Thank you!
