It was the day before Easter...dinner scheduled for the family...the well pump broke. We had no water--no flushing, nothing. I called Tony, and in spite of the holiday weekend and his own personal plans, he came the same morning and installed a new pump. That's customer service! He installed our first well system when we purchased the house 13 years ago, before we knew anything about wells. The system is wonderful, Tony is my go-to guy, and I couldn't be happier with Specialty Water. Usually I don't rate services, but his deserves my best.

He is gracious, hard-working, and knows his business well. And he was willing to miss a family event of his own so that my issue was resolved. Thanks, Tony!!

Our Culligan reverse osmosis (RO) drinking water system developed a problem that could not be repaired, and we were told that a new unit would cost $1000! We decided at that point to check out other water-treatment companies. Specialty Water was one company that answered the phone immediately. We talked with Tony and he recommended that he could sell us an RO system at half the price but that we were going about it the wrong way to treat our city water. To make a long story a bit shorter, we decided to replace our entire Culligan water softener/drinking water systems with a single unit from Specialty Water. We're very happy with the delicious water and very soft shower water, not to mention saving over 100 gallons of water a week when the old system would flush. You buy a car not because the price is better but rather the excellent service you receive. With Tony you not only get a good price for his system, but you get a man who's ready to help where he can. He'll be getting a lot more business from us!
